We offer free shipping Australia wide (excluding heavier furniture pieces)

Heavier items are shipped at a flat rate of $30 Australia wide.

(Your shipping is calculated at the checkout once you confirm your purchases)

 

Please note: For our Tasmanian customers we offer FREE SHIPPING on all our goods, and for our Hobart customers we offer a free SAME-DAY DELIVERY on all our product

Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally - we're working on it!

Please let us know in the "Comments" section at the checkout if you would like your purchase gift-wrapped (complimentary).

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is important to LUC.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received simply return it to us and we will happily offer an exchange or credit note.

(Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the item. However we will refund if the item is unsafe, is significantly different from what was described, or if the item is faulty or damaged. This must be made within 14 days of purchase)

Goods must be returned in a new and unused condition (including original packaging) within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued.

Merchandise must be in a saleable condition. Clothing must have all tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed. The original receipt as proof of purchase is also required. 

To return your product, you should contact hello@lucdesign.com.au and mail the item to:

 LUC. 15 Castray Esplanade Hobart 7000. Tasmania. Australia

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. LUC. highly recommends returning the goods with a traceable courier or sign on delivery to ensure arrival.
